INSURANCE:

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER FLIGHT CANCELLATION, DELAY AND CURTAILMENT, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

 

Our priority is to keep you as safe & happy as possible throughout your Stellar & Luna Retreat. Unfortunately, we can’t always control everything and so it is a must to have travel insurance in place if you are going to join us on Stellar & Luna Retreats. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance from the moment of your holiday booking. This will protect you in the unfortunate case of something arising before you travel to your Stellar & Luna Retreat to ensure that you are covered for any lost costs and flights. If traveling for a Stellar & Luna Retreat, please also ensure that your insurance covers winter sports. You should also check with your doctor that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and any other physical activity we have arranged or you may arrange during your holiday. Please check with your own doctor that you are adequately fit. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity organized for you, then you must stop immediately and advise your Stellar & Luna Team accordingly.

 

 

1. To confirm your place on our Stellar & Luna retreat the FULL AMOUNT must be paid upon booking, to hold your place. 

2. Any bank fees incurred through transferring funds are the responsibility of the guest.

3. It is the guest’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.

4. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation and arrives at the airport in time.

5. Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport.

6. Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat reserves the right to alter any facility accommodation or yoga activity.

7. The guest must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.

8. Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.

9. In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she will notify the duty manager as soon as possible. All efforts are made by Stellar & Luna to rectify any issues within our center. 

10. Stellar & Luna shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.  

11. Stellar & Luna accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or traveling to and from Stellar & Luna.

12. We recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.

13. The guest shall not use the property except for permitted use and shall not use the property for any offensive, noisy, dangerous, illegal, entertainment, immoral or improper purposes. The customer shall not do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance to Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat and its guests, staff or owners.

14. The guest shall keep all Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat fixtures, fittings, furniture and effects in a clean and good condition and shall replace any articles which are destroyed or missing with articles of a similar kind and of equal value.

15. Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate use of the property or any of its facilities by the customer in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions. The customer will be required to vacate the property and Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat shall not refund payment or accept any consequential liability damages or loss.

16. Stellar & Luna Wellness Retreat retains all copyright license rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs, and material displayed on its website. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way.

17. To join the retreat, all guests must obtain travel insurance that covers the individual for all medical treatment while travelling abroad; along with a trip cancellation insurance which covers the individual or company, in this case, Stellar & Luna, if a retreat is canceled by either party. Proof of insurance will be required prior to participation, as will a signed copy of the liability waiver form.

18. If Stellar & Luna cancels a retreat, the net total of money paid for retreat package will be refunded. Stellar & Luna are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.

19. Stellar & Luna offers no cash, cheque or credit card refunds for cancellation or any change to booking by a guest for any reason, including injury, personal emergencies and political actions: our cancellation policy will apply and no exceptions will be entertained.

20. For any postponement of a retreat or change of booking to an alternative date, the cancellation policy applies.

21. All cancellations must be received in writing via email.

22. Stellar & Luna does not offer discounts, refunds or credits for arriving late, leaving early or missing any of the activities/meals while on the Stellar & Luna retreat.

23. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend our retreats. Guests under this age may be allowed to attend the retreat provided they are accompanied by a guardian aged 18 years or older and this has been granted by management.

24. A Stellar & Luna retreat reservation is fully transferable to another female over the age of 18, for the same date and package.

25. Terms & Conditions of booking a retreat can change at any time without notice. The current terms & conditions are always applicable.

26. The schedule and included activities/meals can change at any time without notice. The current program, as listed on the website, at the time of each retreat is always applicable.
